10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dover, Delaware, USA in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Each party will bear its own costs, and the arbitration decision shall be final and binding.
